Hare: The hash was nice, warm and dry!Hare By Proxy (HBP): What are you talking about?
Hare: Well, You know, no rain, no bad marking, it was grrrrreat!
HBP: It did rain, It was poorly marked, and the cars were visible from the trail (causing some poor hashers to cut the way)!
Hare: Well, at least the food was good...
HBP: What?!
Hare: The food, it was quite good, not "something to tell your grandchildren about" good, but good nonetheless.
HBP: YOU WEREN'T EVEN THERE!!!
Hare: ...mmm, you're right...
HBP: It did rain, we had two surprising walkers, we ran up some stairs and down some streets, and in general had a great fu@#$n' time. You should try it next time...

Several designs followed the original. Only a few remain, such as the Ideal, Non-Skid, Owl and Gem. The first double-oval clip, the Gem, was launched in early-1900 by Gem Manufacturing Ltd of England. The paper clip remains as one of the most-used items of all time.
